At Cultivate Jeweler, we offer worldwide delivery with efficient processing and reliable tracking so you receive your handcrafted pieces with care and speed.

Order Processing

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:30 PM Friday–Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery Timeframes

Handling Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

U.S. Shipping

  • Standard (UPS/USPS): $7.60

  • Saturday Delivery: $12.75

International Shipping

Customs duties or import taxes may apply. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

Some of our jewelry is made to order with intention and care.

  • Production Time: 1–2 weeks

  • Shipping Time: 7–9 business days

  • Total Estimated Wait: Up to 3 weeks

 These items are non-refundable and eligible for store credit only.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are ready.

Black Friday & Promotional Orders

  • Due to high demand, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

  • All Black Friday purchases are final sale — no refunds or exchanges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Didn’t receive it?

Missed Deliveries

If you're not available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will leave instructions for rescheduling or pickup

  • Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after a short holding period

  • Reshipping fees equal to the original shipping rate will apply

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your Cultivate Jeweler pieces:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and lotions

  • Wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear

  • Store in a dry, clean space — preferably in the original pouch or box

  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry any items that accompany your jewelry (e.g., care bags, polishing cloths)
