Return & Exchange Policy
At Cultivate Jeweler, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our pieces and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window to make things right — because your happiness is our priority.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

No signs of wear, including residue, damage, odors, makeup, or hair (even from try-ons or alterations)

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges
Return Process

You must initiate your return within 14 days of your order being shipped.

Access our Returns Portal using the QR code in your package or the link in your order confirmation email.

Enter your order number (include the "#") and the email address used to place your order.

Include your original invoice and a completed return/exchange form in the return parcel.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned item arrives back to us safely. Courier issues must be handled directly with the courier.
Refunds or store credit are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return (delays may occur during peak seasons).

Exchanges
We offer one exchange per order for the same item in a different size (subject to availability).

Cancellations & Order Changes
To cancel or modify your order:

Email us at cultivatejeweler@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

Include your full name and order number.
Please note: Once your order is processed for shipment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
We do not accept cancellation requests via social media.
Special Policies

Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 1-2 weeks for production. These are non-refundable and eligible for store credit only.

Faulty Items: Must be reported immediately upon delivery. Return the item with all original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.

Sale Items: All discounted items are final sale — no refunds or exchanges. This includes sample sales, pop-ups, and promotional events like Black Friday.
Rejected Deliveries
If an order is refused or unclaimed (e.g., due to missed deliveries or unpaid customs), the item will be returned to us. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return Refusals & Deductions

Items not meeting return conditions will be rejected and returned to you.

If items arrive in poor condition, we reserve the right to apply cleaning, repair, or restocking fees.

Excessive or suspicious return behavior may result in future returns being denied.

Evidence of wardrobing (wearing and returning) may lead to a permanent ban or legal action.
